If you are heading to the beautiful coastal areas of Jeju instead of the southern resorts, the Red Express Buses(101 and 102) are your fastest and most affordable options. They skip many smaller stops to get you to your destination quickly.

🚍 1. Fares & Payment Methods

The express bus fare is distance-based, with a maximum charge of 3,000 KRW.

  • T-money Transit Card (Required!): You must tap your T-money card when you board AND when you get off. If you don't tap when getting off, you will be charged the maximum penalty fare on your next ride.
  • Cash: Not recommended, as the driver has to manually calculate your distance-based fare.

📍 2. Boarding Gate Locations

Both buses depart from the 1st Floor Arrival Hall, but at different platforms:

  • Bus 101 (East Bound): Platform 2 (Outside Gate 2)
  • Bus 102 (West Bound): Platform 4 (Outside Gate 4)

⏰ 3. Timetable

Express buses operate roughly every 35 to 40 minutes.

  • First Bus: Approx. 06:55 AM
  • Last Bus: Approx. 09:38 PM
